The Sending Place ® exists to help you and your congregation be personally involved in declaring God's glory to the nations. We recruit willing servants from all over the country to be obedient "goers," and we train them for five months, two Saturdays per month, before they are sent overseas in teams to serve the needs of the host ministries in such places as Brazil, Guatemala, India, Kenya, Poland, Russia, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey, the Ukraine, Ghana, China, Indonesia, etc. The actual short-term mission trips last around 2-3 weeks at a time. So almost everyone, from age 18 on up, can do this kind of mission work!

Upcoming Ministry
TRAINING for the Summer 2012 ministries begins January 7, 2012
at our office in Sacramento. Registration forms now being excepted.
SUMMER 2012, The Sending Place has three teams that will begin training
for the following ministries... (REGISTRATION is now open for these ministries)
2012 BRAZIL: (May, this team is full) This team will be going to work with men and boys in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. This is a wonderful outreach to touch the lives of men who need to see Christ's love and learn to know him. We are very happy to once again work with this ministry, CERENE in Blumenau.
2012 ECUADOR: (June 7-19) This team will do a lot of teaching and different ministries while working with a local church. Ministry can include working at orphanages, youth detention centers, hospitals, and churches. This is an exciting new ministry for The Sending Place to work with.
2012 UKRAINE: (June 12-26) This team will go to Bila Tserkva, where they will lead a week-long Bible Camp for handicapped children and one of their parents. This is really the highlight of their year, as they experience the love of Christ and learn about His word. We are very happy to once again work with God's Hidden Treasures and take part in this ministry.
WINTER 2012, The Sending Place has three teams that will soon complete training and start their ministries to the following countries:
2012 GHANA: (January) This team will be teaching in local schools, leading a Women's Conference, leading Youth Meetings, taking part in a Radio Ministry, as well as many other ministry opportunities.
2012 THAILAND: (February) Will be working in a local village teaching children and lay leaders.
2012 CAMBODIA: (February) This team will be working with Pastors and local lay leaders.
2011 The Sending Place Ministries have all been completed.
Praise be to God for wonderful ministry opportunities as well as the safe return for all team members.
2011 UKRAINE: Our team lead a week long camp for 25 handicap children and one of their parents.
2011 POLAND: Our team lead a week long English camp using Biblical curriculum for 50 students at a local church.
2011 BATTAMBANG, CAMBODIA: This team lead a number of conferences to pastors, lay people, married couples, and youth.
2011 CHENNAI, INDIA: This singing team went to local schools and colleges singing Christian songs and sharing the gospel. This team sang to thousands of Indian school children.
2011 ACCRA, GHANA: This was a mother's group, they helped to set up the first MOPS group in Ghana, a ministry that works with mother's of young children. They spoke at many schools, including three Muslim schools. This team had a Women's Conference, a Youth Conference, Children's ministry, Radio Ministry, and helped baptize 19 people.
2011 YANGON (Rangoon), MYANMAR: They lead conference for pastors and lay workers from around the country...
2011 HONG KONG, CHINA : They taught English in a local school using Biblical curriculum.
